Clara is the Research Coordinator for the Gender Equity Unit. Her past experience includes project management, community organizing, social media and communications, fundraising, medical and clinical social work, and teaching. She provides support to the research team, drawing from her experiences in academia and international NGO collaborations. Clara holds an MSW from Bryn Mawr School of Social Work, specializing in non-profit management, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania. Clara enjoys acquiring new skills like dog training and painting with watercolors. She resides with her family and a trio of furry companions – a dog, a cat, and a guinea pig.
