What does this mean?

Being Gender-Sensitive means that your health data considers gender norms, roles and relations. Brava! Your work is gender aware and that is a huge step towards gender equity. However, it is only the first step: Now that you have considered how gender affects health outcomes, the next step is to address the inequities generated by these unequal norms, roles and relations.
